Olmec are pleased to have been invited to take part in the Humber Business Growth Hub Masterclass – ‘Developing a Visionary Strategy’ which is a 3 part workshop.
Presented by Richard Lukey and Guy Lewis the workshop is aimed at SME’s looking to secure and grow their business into the future and is part of the Scale-Up Business Development Programme.
Helping delegates recognise and counter the most common barriers to future success, the course aims to empower SME’s with a Visionary Orbit Plan that is adaptable to any business dynamic. This plan is extremely visual and fluid, but allows all members of the SMEs team to be aware of the business’s current focus and so play their part in future planning and accomplishment.
